There are various methods of worldwide delivery including three categories of Postage, Door-to-Door Courier Services, Air Freight and Shipping.

When you place your order with us we will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to advise o­n the best delivery option for you and quote accordingly.

POSTAGE
We can post up to a total weight of 20 kilos (including packing) per box with several postal options available:

COURIER
Dlivery takes approximately 14 days.

SURFACE
Delivery takes approximately 2 - 3 months.

All prices are based o­n weight, destination and the postal option selected. Please note that the Malaysian postal service does not insure posted items.

SHIPPING
We offer insured shipping to most Ports around the world. Usually the minimum size of a crate in a container is o­ne cubic metre, although some Port regulations do vary. The cost of the shipping is based purely o­n volume and not o­n weight - so the more you fit in a crate, the more cost effective it will be.

Once your goods have arrived with our Shipper the total loading and transit time will be about five weeks.

We ship to Port o­nly and so you are responsible for the collection of goods from Port. You will be notified o­nce your shipment has left Malaysia and you will be couriered the Bill of Lading and other paperwork necessary to clear and collect the shipment.

AIR FREIGHT
Charged according to weight and the dimensions of a package/s, we can Air Cargo goods to your nearest International Airport. Total delivery time up to twenty o­ne days from Malaysia

DOOR-TO-DOOR COURIER SERVICES
Charged according to weight and the dimensions of a package/s, we can send your goods directly to your door via GD Courier Express. Total delivery time up to fourteen days from Malaysia.
